Why is there no setup fee?
Most of our competitors charge a one-time "build" fee of $1,500 to $2,500 to recover the cost of a heavy onboarding. We've automated most of the onboarding (site scrape, knowledge-base distillation, voice tuning) so the work is cheap to run. We'd rather earn the customer with a clean monthly bill than with a charge upfront.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We don't think contracts make a service stickier — answering every call does.
What's actually included in $397?
The voice agent itself (24/7, unlimited calls, no per-minute charge), the after-hours SMS-to-owner alerts, calendar booking through your existing scheduler, transcript and lead-summary email delivery, ongoing tuning as you give us feedback, and our infrastructure cost (Vapi minutes, Twilio, Mailgun). What's NOT included?
Custom integrations beyond email and calendar (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber API hooks, etc.) are scoped separately as a one-time project. Multi-location setups (more than one phone number) add $97/mo per additional location. Specialized voice cloning of an existing employee's voice is a separate one-time service.
