Accessibility
Last updated: September 23, 2026
Short version: we want everyone to be able to use this site and our chat assistant, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or zoom. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We do not claim full conformance yet, and this page lists the gaps we know about.
1. What we have in place
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, so keyboard and screen reader users can jump past the navigation.
- Labels on every form field, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
- A cookie banner whose Accept and Reject buttons are the same size and both reachable by keyboard.
- A chat assistant that opens as a labelled dialog, announces new replies to screen readers, and closes with the Escape key.
- Most of the animated demo scenes pause or simplify when your device asks for reduced motion. If one does not, tell us.
2. Known limitations
- Some small grey text, such as dates and fine print, is below the 4.5 to 1 contrast ratio that WCAG AA asks for. We are fixing it.
- The booking calendar is loaded from app.biznmotion.com inside a frame and has not had a full accessibility review.
- Payments are handled on Stripe's checkout pages, which we do not control.
- Nobody outside our team has audited the site yet. The checks so far are our own.
3. If something gets in your way
Email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject, or call (888) 997-6457. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and to fix confirmed problems within 30 days. If something blocks you in the meantime, we will get you the same information or service another way, by phone or email.
