Platform and Social Media Privacy

This page covers the platform and social media integrations Biznmotion LLC uses for its own brands: TikTok, Pinterest, Google Calendar, and the marketplace orders of Pet Pic Portraits. It is part of our privacy policy. The AI front desk service we provide to business clients (phone calls, website chat, text messages and reviews) is covered by our main Privacy Policy.

These integrations are separate from the AI front desk service, and data we process for business clients and their customers is not used in them. If we add a service that manages social media accounts for other businesses, it will be covered on this page.

Pet Pic Portraits is a trade name (a DBA, or “doing business as” name) of Biznmotion LLC. It is the same company, not a subsidiary or a separate business, so everything on this page that says Biznmotion LLC applies to Pet Pic Portraits.

1. Our Own Brands and Internal Platform

Pet Pic Portraits and marketplace orders

Biznmotion LLC operates several brands and online properties, including Pet Pic Portraits (petpicportraits.com), which is a DBA of Biznmotion LLC rather than a separate company. Through these brands, we sell products on third-party marketplace platforms including TikTok Shop and Etsy, and fulfill orders through print-on-demand partners including Printify, Printful, Gelato, and Gooten.

When customers purchase from our brands on these platforms, we may access and process order data (name, shipping address, order details) provided by the platform solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders. We do not store marketplace customer data beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction. All data is accessed and processed within the United States.

Each platform and fulfillment partner maintains its own privacy policy governing their handling of customer data.

Google Calendar (Biznmo scheduling)

Biznmo, our internal platform, can connect a Google Calendar through Google's OAuth 2.0 sign-in so our own scheduling can check free and busy times and create, update or cancel the events for bookings. That access is used only for scheduling, is never sold or used for advertising, and can be revoked at any time in your Google Account settings. Our access, use, storage, and sharing of Google user data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

2. TikTok API Integration

Biznmotion LLC operates a social media management platform (“Biznmo”) that integrates with TikTok's APIs to publish content on behalf of our managed brands. This section describes how we handle data obtained through TikTok's platform.

Biznmo runs at biznmo.com. You will see that domain during TikTok's authorization step, because it is the registered redirect for our applications. It is an internal operations platform operated by Biznmotion LLC, not a separate company and not a public service.

What We Access

When a TikTok account owner authorizes our application via TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0), we access the following:

  • Basic profile information: display name, profile picture, and open_id (via user.info.basic scope)
  • Video publishing: the ability to upload and publish video content to the authorized TikTok account (via video.upload and video.publish scopes)

We do not access private messages, follower lists, analytics, or any data beyond the scopes listed above.

How We Use TikTok Data

  • Store your TikTok display name and open_id to identify the connected account in our dashboard
  • Store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens securely in our encrypted database to maintain the connection
  • Publish video content that you or your authorized team members create and approve through our platform

TikTok Shop Partner API

Where a TikTok Shop seller authorizes our application, we access order and fulfilment information belonging to that seller, solely for the function the seller authorized. We do not combine it with unrelated data and we do not use it for advertising. We delete it when the seller disconnects the application or the relationship ends. Sellers and TikTok Shop may ask us to provide, correct, or delete this data at any time, and we action such requests within 30 days.

Data Storage & Security

TikTok OAuth tokens are held server side in our database and are never exposed to the browser. Biznmotion LLC is a single-operator company: access to stored tokens and to the systems holding them is restricted to the owner, and no employee, contractor, or third party holds those credentials. We do not share TikTok data with any third parties.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain TikTok account connection data for as long as the account remains connected. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time by:

  • Removing the connection from your Biznmo dashboard
  • Revoking access from TikTok's Settings → Security → Manage App Permissions
  • Contacting us at [email protected] to request data deletion

Upon disconnection or deletion request, we delete all stored TikTok tokens and profile data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy (TikTok)

Our TikTok integration is used exclusively for business brand accounts. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 through our TikTok integration.

3. Pinterest API Integration

Biznmotion LLC operates a marketing management platform (“Biznmo”) that integrates with Pinterest's APIs to help our managed brands publish content, view analytics, and manage advertising. This section describes how we handle data obtained through Pinterest's platform.

What We Access

When a Pinterest account owner authorizes our application via Pinterest OAuth 2.0, we access only the following, and only with that consent:

  • Basic account information: username, account type, and account id (via user_accounts:read)
  • Boards and Pins: the ability to read and create boards and to create, schedule, and publish Pins to the authorized account (via boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, and pins:write)
  • Advertising and analytics: ad campaign data and performance reporting for the authorized ad account (via ads:read and ads:write)
  • Product catalogs: product feed data used to create product Pins for connected e-commerce stores (via catalogs:read and catalogs:write)

We do not access private messages or any data beyond the scopes listed above, and we do not sell Pinterest data.

How We Use Pinterest Data

  • Identify the connected Pinterest account in our dashboard (username and account id)
  • Store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens securely in our encrypted database to maintain the connection
  • Create, schedule, and publish Pins and boards that you or your authorized team members create and approve through our platform
  • Display advertising performance and analytics, and help manage ad campaigns, for the authorized account

Data Storage & Security

Pinterest OAuth tokens are stored in our database with access controls and are only accessible to authenticated Biznmotion team members associated with the brand account. We do not share Pinterest data with any third parties. Our use of information received from the Pinterest API adheres to the Pinterest Developer Guidelines.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain Pinterest account connection data for as long as the account remains connected. You can disconnect your Pinterest account at any time by:

  • Removing the connection from your Biznmo dashboard
  • Revoking access from Pinterest's Settings → Security and permissions → Apps
  • Contacting us at [email protected] to request data deletion

Upon disconnection or deletion request, we delete all stored Pinterest tokens and account data within 30 days.
