AI assistant — how we handle your data

Plain-language summary. Draft pending legal review. Last updated August 4, 2026.

Biznmotion LLC runs the AI assistant you were talking to, on behalf of the business whose website you were on.

The notice you agreed to

Before your first message, the assistant showed you this and would not let you type until you accepted it. Reproduced here word for word, because you should be able to check:

You're chatting with an AI assistant. This conversation is recorded and transcribed, and third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) process your messages to generate replies. Our team reviews conversations internally to improve the assistant. We don't sell your conversation data and we don't use it to train AI models.

A record of that acceptance is kept, including a fingerprint of the exact wording above, so what you were shown stays checkable even after we reword it. The rest of this page explains each part in more detail.

You’re talking to an AI

The chat assistant is an AI, not a human. Its replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It does not provide professional (medical, legal, or financial) advice, and nothing it says is a binding commitment.

The conversation is recorded and transcribed

Not just “stored” — recorded and transcribed. Every message you send and every reply you get is written down and kept. If you spoke to an AI phone assistant rather than typing, what you said was transcribed into text that we keep, and you were told the call was recorded before the assistant spoke. See below for what happens to the audio itself.

We use third-party AI providers

To generate replies, your messages are sent to third-party AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. Phone calls additionally use Twilio to carry the call and Deepgram for speech-to-text. This service is built on those providers; it is not a private, closed model we run entirely in-house. While these providers publish their own data policies, we cannot audit, control, or guarantee how they handle data on their systems.

Your conversation is not used to train AI models

We reach these providers through their commercial APIs, which do not train on customer data by default. We do not opt in to anything that would change that, we do not fine-tune models on your conversations, and we do not sell conversation data.

Our own team does read conversations internally — to fix things the assistant got wrong and to improve how it responds. That is people reading transcripts and adjusting our own settings. It is not training an AI model. We mention it because people are reasonably surprised to learn a human may read what they typed.

How long we keep it

Written transcripts are kept for 24 months, so the business you contacted can find your enquiry later. Records of your consent to this notice are kept for 4 years, because their whole purpose is proving what you were told and when.

We do not keep the audio of phone calls. The assistant listens and speaks in real time to produce a written transcript, and the audio itself is never stored — not by us and not by our telephony provider. The transcript is what remains.

Getting your data, or having it deleted

Email [email protected] and say what you want. We action requests within 30 days, we will not make you create an account to ask, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

One honest complication: the business you were chatting with decides what happens to its own customer records, and we act on its instructions. If a request needs their agreement we will tell you so rather than going quiet. Email us either way — working out which company holds what is our job, not yours.

Who is responsible for what

The business whose website you are on decides why your information is collected and what happens to it. Biznmotion runs the assistant on their behalf and acts on their instructions. In data-protection terms they are the controller and we are the processor. How that business uses your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

We are responsible for our own systems and the commitments above. We are not responsible for, and cannot control, the independent data practices of the third-party providers listed above. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the chat — the assistant does not need it, and it is not the right place for it.

Local storage

We keep a small identifier in your browser’s local storage so your conversation can continue if you refresh or return to the page, and to remember that you agreed to this notice. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
